How to Apply

Open Admissions Policy

St. Matthew's Catholic School has an open admission policy. No person, on the grounds of race, color, gender, disability or national origin, is excluded or otherwise subjected to discrimination in the receiving of services.  Nor does the school discriminate in hiring, promotion, discharge, pay, fringe benefits, job training, classification, referral and other aspects of employment on the basis of race, color, disability, age, gender, or national origin.

How to Apply!

  • Click "Create Account" at the top of the page

  • Complete the online application

  • Submit all required documents by uploading of dropping off at the school office

    • Birth Certificate​

    • Previous Report Cards

    • Immunization Records (DH680)

    • School Entry Physical (DH3040)

    • Baptism Certificate, if Catholic

    • Educational Testing Reports/504/IEP, if applicable

  • A link will be sent to your email inviting the student and guardian to come in for an assessment screening
